We turned our guest bedroom into a FUN

playroom for the kids!

I had someone paint on the walls and the kids love it!

Instead of doing a toy box, I put together a storage unit

and organized the toys.

The kids know where everything goes

and always help pick up when

playtime is over.

Owen's Birthday Party

Today we took Brody, Caden, & Carrigan to their cousin

Owen's 1st birthday party.The adorable birthday boy!

Brody's Tickle Box

Brody is always laughing and his laughter is contagious! He is also very ticklish and I can get him laughing so hard by tickling him!

PAT Beach Party

We are a part of a wonderful program here in our town called

"Parents as Teachers"

The PAT program held its annual Beach Party today.

My kids had a blast!

Our First Trip to the Zoo

We read Curious George at the Zoo that week

trying to get them excited about

their first trip to the zoo.

The kids all showed me which animal they wanted to see at the zoo.
It was a gorgeous day!

The tiger was right in front of us! The kids loved that!
Caden got a little confused when he saw the zebra.

He yelled out "moo"

but then thought about it and yelled out "bra bra".

We took them on their first train ride.

We decided that the perfect place to eat on our day full of animals

would be one of our favorite places, The Plaid Rhino.

It was a great finish to our fun-filled day!The kids were exhaused. They took a 3 hour nap when we got home.
